Werewolf Nookie & Homicidal Faeries in Several Languages

One of my favorite pastimes while traveling overseas is browsing in bookstores, because I love seeing the different covers that different countries put on novels I've read. My reactions tend to go one of two ways: OH. MY. WHY? or WHY DON'T WE GET THAT COVER?

It's been a very very long time since I've posted the covers of my latest foreign editions, but here they are. Do they inspire OH. MY. WHY? or WHY DON'T WE GET THAT COVER?

Bulgarian Edition of FOREVER
Italian Edition of FOREVER
French Edition of FOREVER
Spanish Edition of FOREVER
Chinese edition of Linger
 German edition of Linger
Russian edition of Linger
Polish edition of Linger
Italian edition of Ballad
Mexican edition of Ballad
Polish edition of Lament

Thats awesome! Have you read Iron Fey series?

message 2: by Sasha (new)

Sasha Well, in case of the German edition it's more like a YES! WE GOT THAT COVER.
But I also like the Russian edition of Linger, though that girl doesn't really look like the Grace I have always imagined. It has some kind of eerie atmosphere and your name looks pretty cool in Russian. ;D
(Oh, and the Chinese edition. Seems to me that Asian editions are always lovely somehow.)

Heather Mcginn Love the Italian cover!

I like the bulgarian one.

Amber’s Bookish Journal I think the Polish take on the Linger cover is cool and almost gives you a little insight to the story since Grace is holding a paper crane.

Sharrice I love all the covers. They are all different and unique in their own way. I kinda wish I could read all the different languages so I could buy them all.

Abigail yeah I have to agree, but i'm not sure i could read the book in Russian :)

Jenny Miller Haha, these are all brilliant! :D It's impossible for me to pick a favourite - they're all fantastic! <3

Jessica Glynn These are all BEAUTIFUL!!!! I do wish we had some of them!

M3tamorphasis11 I think its a toss up between oh.my.why? and Why.don't.we.get.this.cover? For example...lament doesn't would fall under...oh.my.why? cause it looks like the pages inside will contain celtic folklore or irish battles & conquests. Real nice, don't get me wrong, but a bit in the misleading (can't judge a book by its cover) side.

jeez man!...Im running on fumes this morning, think I need more caffeine, the jumpstart this morning doesn't seem to be enough.

***what I meant to say was...ahem...(getting my barrings, pfft :/ ~~~~~> For Example, Lament WOULD fall under the Oh.My.Why? ...

There I think this one is easier to understand. As you were...lol

Abigail WOW these are amazing!!!!

Jenny Burdett Hmmmm the bulgarian one is beautiful though I would've expected it to be Sam's eye's not graces!

Also the Russian one seems all wrong to me, it just doesn't look at all what I perceive Grace to be, infact I would say that she was Isabel!
The last two are very much like our English covers which I love :)
