WINTER WALK.

At Preston Park.

The weather has been so cold lately, as you would expect, but we have been lucky enough to get many sunny days this year.

Yesterday Felix and I went to the park with the pugs, so I took the chance to get some photos, as well as many clips for a video, coming out later today!

My cold sore is still very visible on my bottom lip, so please don’t look too closely at the photo I posted. I got those Compeed patches which actually really helped a lot to cover it up, so I felt confident enough to go out for dinner and the cinema last night.

We watched ‘Wonder’, which was a lovely movie. Definitely recommend it!

Around Preston Park there are so many gorgeous red brick houses, which made this blue old van stand out; I found the contrast to be pretty.

Maya has been getting lots of use out of her new hoodie, she really likes it, as she sometimes doesn’t want to go out if it’s too cold, but she was very happy to walk with it yesterday.

The reason why I wanted to go to Preston Park is because I wanted to finally check out the Manor, which is supposed to be haunted and I had convinced Felix to go.

Well… it turns out that it’s closed this time of year, except for next Saturday, so even yesterday I didn’t manage to see its inside. But one day!!

Edgar also loves going to the park, as he gets to play around and get tired (which rarely happens). Yesterday we were using this squeaky ‘snow’ ball and I’m guessing Edgar may not have the best vision as he went after some seagulls thinking it was the ball. Haha.

It occurred to me that all I wanna do on free days is go on walks with Felix and the pugs, dine out and watch a movie, even better if friends are there too.
