Lemon Pepper Cod
Preheat oven to 350 degrees1 cup Panko1 tablespoon lemon pepper1/4 teaspoon saltPinch of garlic powder1 pound fresh cod cut into 4 pieces1 eggMix together Panko, lemon pepper, salt and garlic powder in a medium-sized bowl. Beat egg in a small bowl with a fork. Dip cod pieces in the egg then dip into the dry mixture to coat both sides. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
