Hello, Everyone! I hope all of my US followers had a wonderful Thanksgiving. My apologies for missing last weeks post. Dad was visiting for a week and then health issues had me in bed all day last Thursday.

I would like to briefly discuss reviews in today's post. Writing a review can be unnerving at times. "Do I be truthful?" "Do I be nice and bend the truth a bit?"
The truth is...most authors want you to be honest. Reviews let us know what we're doing right and what we're doing wrong. The also let us know how we can improve on the type of writing our readers are liking and less of what disinterests them.

Reviews also play a huge part in Amazon's algorithm as to how much a book/story is viewed on the search pages.

If you're not one for writing lengthy posts, a star rating even helps. You don't have to leave a novel length review. The star ratings even figure into the algorithm.

Like I said, this week's post would be short. I just got done with my weekend and have to work the next five days. I will try and think of a post topic for next week's blog post.
