Very timely post. I was just reviewing my goals for the last quarter and preparing for the next quarter. As I did a ‘post-mortem’ on the reason’s why I failed on some of the ‘big rocks’ I had planned for the last quarter it became apparent to me it was due to a lack of clarity on what I needed to focus on. Reading this post makes it clear in my mind that lack of clarity and lack of definition are more or less the same thing!
