Orycon 39

I’m currently taking part in NaNoWriMo, as I do every year, working my way to 50,000 words by November 30th.

Before then, however, I come to you with some exciting news: I’m going to be a speaker at Orycon (Oregan’s premier science fiction and fantasy convention)  alongside a whole host of other fantastic people.

Events I’m taking part in:

Friday, November 17th

What I Wish I Would Have Known: Pitfalls for New Writers | 1–2pm
Open Crafts Hour | 4–5pm
This Has Nebula Written All Over It | 8–9pm

Saturday, November 18th

Faery in Story | 9–10am
Knights & Princesses! Stories, Music & Movement | 10.30–11am
Off With Their Heads! Then Put on Another? Make a Mutant Pet | 1–2pm
From Fan Fic to Pro | 5–6pm
Smut, Gore, and More | 10–11pm

Sunday, November 19th

Rockets and Robots! Stories, Music & Movement | 10.30–11am

Hopefully I will see some of you there.

As a final note, I should say that I have set up a Patreon page. For more information on that and/or your opportunity to support me as an author (in exchange for some perks), click here.
