Hubby Wants an Excursion

You know, it's funny.  We've been waiting so long and making do with little while we pay down our debt and wait on Hubby being promoted to captain.  Now that the  Alaska PFD  is about to arrive,  we can finally purchase some big ticket items and I almost don't care.  We've been without a vehicle which will seat all of us since our last baby was born.  That meant no family road trips to Seward or even the Alaska Zoo.  Shopping for a new truck, finally, has been mind-boggling.  Hubby asks me and I'm just like, "Do the seats have good back support?"  We go house-hunting and I realize I don't care where we live, so long as there are good schools nearbye and enough land for a huge garden, a dog and a bunch of chickens, and for all our children to run wild.  I'm not really into 'dream homes.'  Heck, we can throw some log siding on the house for the rustic look later.

So, my Hubby has the truck choices narrowed down to the Ford Excursion and that's a very definite 'maybe!'  Well, he's got such long legs, we'd better get a truck that fits him.  I can always adjust the seats later.
