I'm going to copy and paste what I replied on your poorly judged review of a book that hasn't even been released yet.
"The series is COMPLETELY different from the series by Kailin Gow, so why are you upset about similar titles? There are hundreds of books that have the same title in the same genre, but have a completely different story plot, characters, and writing style.
The main character's last name is Frost, that is why Frost is in the title of all of her Mythos Academy books. Touch of Frost, Kiss of Frost, Dark Frost, Crimson Frost, Midnight Frost, and Killer Frost. Only ONE of those titles in the series is the same.
As for her spin-off series, the first is Bitter Frost (IF YOU READ THE MYTHOS ACADEMY SERIES YOU WOULD UNDERSTAND WHY. She is bitter. So there goes Bitter Frost) But it has changed to Spartan Heart for the US Book, so no need to complain anymore. For the other title, Frostfire, for this uncalled for review, it is coincidence at best.
So please do not insult one of my favorite authors and try to say that she is copying anything from another author's book series. There is no "infringment or copyright" problems because other than a dang title, there is NOTHING similar. Thanks!"

Seriously? Just because her publisher didn't catch the cross-over -- it doesn't mean she's trying something underhanded.
There can be dozens of books with exactly the same or very similar titles. All the prospective reader has to do is read the book blurb & it'll be clear that it is or isn't the one they were expecting. ;)
