Print-on-Demand tips for Jewish authors

Someone asked about how to do Print-on-Demand if you're a Jewish author, and this is what I emailed her back. There are really 2 options to use for POD, in terms of getting your book out to the widest number of channels, and those two are Create Space (Amazon's own company) and Ingram Spark.
