I try to go to the gym five or six days a week. Sometimes, I hit that goal. Sometimes (like yesterday), I don’t. A lot of days I don’t want to go, but I’m always glad when I did.
My cardio of choice?
1) The elliptical (which I used to despise but now see as built-in reading time)
2) Stationary bike
3) A run on the treadmill
When I go, I always do # 1. What I do afterward is usually up for grabs–sometimes the bike, sometimes a run.
