We had some VERY NICE trainings in Bucharest, AGAIN. Romania always feels like home, and as I was sharing with the students, maybe because one of my grandmothers was Romanian. Maybe there is something in my blood?
And now we started our journey in India kneading bread as a way of contributing. Some of the women have not arrived yet, but we can tell this will be a really an amazing journey with a group of very special souls.
It is no secret that we live in a world where most people believe in only the things which they can see, hear or touch. It is a way of living that comes from a belief that we’re made up of only flesh and bones, mind and matter.
But, oh my friend, you are so fortunate to know the deeper truths. You have been blessed to know that life goes far beyond the five senses and into the mysterious and wonderful realm of your Inner Energy.
I am so happy to dedicate this month’s Q&A to one of the great mysteries in life—Inner Energy. What is it? How to access it. And how to make sure you’re not blocking it from its full potential.
This inner source of energy comes from within you, from the depth of your being. It is not only your birthright but an unlimited source of power as you strive to realize your dreams and discover your divinity.
You can call on this energy anytime you want. It is an ageless part of your being. It does not come from the food you eat, or yoga, or running, or meditating. It comes from the core of who you are. The only reason you don’t feel this energy all the time is because you’re blocking it.
Together, we will learn how to unblock it.
Let’s face it. Life requires enormous energy. And not just for the day-to-day activities of life. I’m talking about all the important work to do—the energy to create thoughts, hold onto thoughts, recall thoughts, generate emotions, control emotions, and discipline powerful inner drives. It all requires a tremendous expenditure of energy.
