It's not that this is not a good business model... it's just not worth what the multiple is, considering what the business model really is: commercial real estate renting. Such a fascinating read. Focus on how easy it is to use a brand position and some creativity to make something seem like it's worth so much more than it really is." (Mitch for Hugh).
