Sausage Balls (Not sure where this easy recipe started. I make it every holiday season.)

1 pound uncooked sausage
2 cups Bisquick
1 10 oz. package Cracker Barrel cheese, grated (this brand of cheese has a bit more oil in it and holds the balls together well).
Using hands, mix all ingredients together.  Form into 1 inch balls and bake at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
Makes about 30 sausage balls.
