Attitudes towards things we thought would never change suddenly did. I want guns to be next.
The great tragedy of our time is that somewhere along the way guns got associated with “freedom” and then more and more guns got associated with “more and more freedom”.
The “guns are just an inanimate object!” crowd are the very ones who refuse to treat it as such: an inanimate object that people can use to inflict great harm, the purchase of which ought to be much more well regulated.
