Zesty Cucumber Salad

 Hubster likes cucumber salads, and this was one he tried that wasn’t sour cream and dill based. He says, “all ingredients are to taste” so have fun experimenting.

Zesty Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:
1 large cucumber, peeled and sliced thin
Olive oil
Lemon juice
S&P
Chili powder

Instructions:
Whisk together the olive oil and lemon juice. I like things tart, so I’d go with 2 parts oil to 1 part juice.
Season to taste with S&P
Add a dash of chili powder, again to taste.
