"A Mighty Fortress is Our God" by Martin Luther and Jason Jaspersen


I had grand plans to do posts all year long to celebrate the 500th anniversary of Martin Luther nailing his 95 Theses to the door of the Wittenburg church on October 31, 1517.  So far I've managed to do one over on my other blog.

Well, it's October.  And if I get myself in gear, I can STILL do a pretty cool series of posts about this. I've got quite a few books about the Reformation and Martin Luther I can review, plus some other thoughts to share, so I'll be doing that throughout Oc...

Anna Mussmann We just got this too. And man, it's scary! Too scary for my preschooler. I agree, though, that it's a great resource for older kids and adults who already understand the concepts. I'm really excited about the thought and care that's being put into the books Kloria Press puts out.

Yes, definitely not for small children. But they do have their board book of "Lord, Keep Us Steadfast in Your Word" that is 100% great for little kids -- I bought one for a little godson of ours, and am thinking I should get a second one to put in our Sunday School library.

I'm excited to see what else they come up with!
