Beyond Frustration

I can’t remember.

Only, when I have energy

I go outside.

I take a walk or my bike.

That’s how I deal

with a lot of energy.

I learned it, at school

and by one good teacher.

The whole world does not control

in the name of world peace, love, life

respect, integrity, transformation, transparency

and awareness.

They never learned.

As I see.

It is in my attitude.

My nature is silent and peaceful.

It does not allow disharmony, fortunately.
