Awe, Now I can comment this way. got your blog posts. I shared this book on twitter and FB. I think it is important book. I used to read so much more of stuff like this and like it, but will have to be satisfied with snippets. Others might be able to do it though that I know. I have piles of non fiction now to get at.

Thanks so much for the recommendations! We have quite a few free excerpts from the book on our website, http://findleyfamilyvideopublications..., but it's pretty big and complicated to navigate. Several of the blog articles are from the book as well. Thanks again!
Some of you writing is over my head. I am a deep thinker, but deep in other ways. i think it is my temperament if it is too involved it does not click for me. So I skim your stuff. I just love your blog besides that. My daughter would like those books. she is top in algebra, but cannot do times tables. I cannot get algebra, but no problem with tables of x's at all learning them. I am just saying if your books are like your blog articles. I have not gotten to the excerpts yet, but she is into those kinds of books. She really wants the Allon books by Shawn lamb on here. I like mysteries mainly. Or Bible fiction or truth on the Bible, but not really historical much so hard to find. I am thinking I need to answer email on train picture.
The Allon books look so cool! Her Huguenot book sounds like something I would really like to read. I don't put a lot of detail into my novels, just enough historical setting to try to be accurate. I focus on the characters and the story when I write. Mike (my husband) writes many of these history and science articles. He is a very deep thinker. I had a hard time writing Antidisestablishmentarianism because it was so involved. Mike of course is responsible for all the Science and history details, but he is driving all the time so I did the "putting together" and researching the documentation. I learned so much writing that book.
