Well....if you visit the three (3) major on-line retailers for books (Amazon, B&N, and Books-A-Million), then you will find that:
1: Amazon has eight (8) of my nine (9) editions. This consist of each cover design of the three (3) soft covers. Each cover design of the three (3) hard covers. The electronic book on "Kindle" and "Kobo." The audio book with the option to briefly listen in. This edition has a woman voice actor for the reading ( which she completed on the first take ) with fast and bold orchestra at the beginning of each section and at the end. The edition that they do not have is the three (3) dimensional "flip-book" electronic book.
