She loves books, sarcasm, and collecting nail polish. After nearly a decade of working in engineering, Cheyanne now writes books for young adults. She also runs a bookish Etsy shop.Cheyanne lives near the beach with her daughter and husband, one spoiled rotten puppy, and a cat that is most likely plotting to take over the world. Her newest book, The Last Wish of Sasha Cade, releases in 2018.Cheyanne is represented by Kim Lionetti of BookEnds Literary. The book Cheyanne is showcasing is...THE BREAKUP SUPPORT GROUP I sat down and counted the different colours on the book cover and came up with:If you're interested in the story, read on!ABOUT THE BOOK:After four years of first love bliss, Isla Rush just got dumped.  Any hope she has of winning her ex-boyfriend back is shattered when the town rezones her neighborhood, forcing her to spend senior year at a wealthy high school in the next town over.  With a broken heart consuming her soul, Isla can’t focus on anything, except maybe Emory Underwood—a ridiculously hot guy who dates a new girl almost every day. She can’t help but crush on him, even though it’s wrong.  When memories of her ex make her cry in second period, the school counselor sends Isla to a club that meets during lunch. The Break Up Support Group is a collection of broken-hearted misfits who are all helping each other heal.  Just when Isla’s heart is finally on the mend, Emory shows up, forced to atone for all the broken hearts he’s caused over the years. While hiding her massive crush, she helps him understand the seriousness of breaking a heart.  In turn, Emory offers to help Isla get back on the dating scene by agreeing to be her fake date for the homecoming dance. Isla gladly accepts the ruse, because if anyone can make her into a desirable girlfriend, Emory can! There's just one small problem. Isla's little crush on Emory might be exactly full blown. And a homecoming fake date with him could push her over the edge to possibly uttering the "L Word!" Isla can't afford another heartbreak so soon after the last one. She will have to resist his charms, refuse to look into those dreamy eyes, and above all else, not make the mistake of letting him kiss her.  If only she hadn't let her guard down at the end of the night, under the light of her porch in a toe-curling kiss moment of weakness. And now, after months of Breakup Support Group therapy, and with a heart fully on the mend, Isla has just handed it over to a guy who knows full well just how to break it. You can now add THE BREAKUP SUPPORT GROUP to your TBR list on Goodreads! Are you as interested in this book as I am?Here’s how you can get your hands on it!You can buy her book HERE! Check out more on her WebsiteTwitter, or Instagram. Now for something a little different. Cheyanne graciously provided her Fan Casting and Inspiration Board for her book THE LAST WISH of SASHA CADE!Raquel Clearwater just buried her best friend. The funeral went exactly as she and Sasha planned—the glitter painted coffin being lowered to the ground, covered in wildflowers. The two best friends had a year to plan this event, starting with the day Sasha’s lymphoma diagnoses became terminal.Raquel knows she’ll never see Sasha’s stunning blue eyes again. Then she runs into a mysterious but attractive guy standing near Sasha’s grave. Elijah has those same eyes, and a letter from Sasha telling him to find Raquel. Months ago, Sasha went against her adopted parents’ wishes and tried to find her birth parents. What she found instead was an older brother, Elijah, who had aged out of the system after eighteen years of never being adopted.Sasha wanted her brother to know all about her, but she didn’t want him to meet the girl dying of cancer. So with her last few months on earth, she set up an elaborate scavenger hunt all over the state, taking Elijah on ten adventures that helped shape who she was as a person. There are memories, experiences, heart ache—hidden in each location. All of them reveal a piece of who Sasha was before the cancer took her. Some are secrets that even Raquel didn’t know. The plan will be laid out fully as the scavenger hunt goes on. But Sasha’s first, most important wish? Raquel must join him every step of the way. And if it means they happen to fall in love, well good. That’s exactly how Sasha planned it.Add toGoodreads.THE LAST WISH OF SASHA CADE releases next fall from KCP Loft. Cover reveal and ARCs are coming soon, but in the meantime, here’s a dream cast I created for the main characters.Bianca Lawson as Sasha Cade.Sasha was beautiful with dark skin and long dark hair. Although Bianca played a character I totally hated in Pretty Little Liars, I think she’s make a perfect Sasha! (Of course, she’d need blue contacts.)Mae Whitman as Raquel Clearwater.Mae seems like a laid back and chill person in real life, and I loved her acting on the show Parenthood. I think she’d make a great Raquel! I also like this picture because Raquel’s hair is short at the start of the book, so Mae has the perfect look in this photo.Nathan McLeod as Zack.Nathan is cute – Zack is cute. He’s also a character I love to hate in my book, and this guy looks like he’d be wonderful at playing that part. ;)Avan Jogia as Elijah Delgado. He’d need shorter hair and some blue contacts, but every time my kid watches a TV show starring this actor, I think he’d make the perfect Elijah. He’s got that swoony, bad boy vibe that would totally make Elijah’s character come to life on screen.Kristen Wiig as Mrs. Cade. This one might seem out of left field once you’ve read the book, but bear with me! Kristen Wiig is a talented actress and totally beautiful and she’s exactly how I picture Mrs. Cade looking. Although Kristen is known for her comedy, I think she’d do a great job of portraying the classy well-off mother in my story.Check out my Inspiration Board.Don’t forget to enter the contest for a chance to win a ton of signed books by me and many more! Just check out all these books on TEAM PINK:To enter, you need to write down my favourite number, find all the other numbers on TEAM PINK, add them up, and you’ll have the secret code to enter for the grand prize!Thank you for coming over to my website! Don’t forget to enter the Rafflecopter bonus contest I am running exclusively during the YA Scavenger Hunt. Five lucky winners will receive a copy of 2-book bundle of my HELENA HAWTHORN series.
