I use columnstore indexes on SQL 2014. What would be the advantages of upgrading to SQL 2016?

SQL Server 2016 really represents a drastic change for the better in regards to overall performance. And the proof is that, thanks to the engine changes, this is the first SQL Server version where Microsoft actively provides a widespread increase in performance levels by simply upgrading.
