Starting any thing requires half the energy to finish the job.Hence it is wisely said, well begun is half done.
2. Expecting fast food results : Yes next point of failing is expecting ‘noodle’ results. It took 22 years to be what you are today, how come in next 22 days you can completely transform ? It takes time to change. People are not ready to accept that.They want quick, really quick results. Change your self in 10 days , loose 10 kg flat etc. Quick rich look alike sc(ams)hemes make you move always.
3. Lack of investment : People don’t invest in process. Don’t take me wrong. Best investment in you life is not investing in terms of money but in terms of time. What do you think that 15 minutes per day of running on that tread mill and playing candy crash for rest of the time in gym will fetch you zero figure!. Sorry to bust your misconception.It will NOT. Efforts needs ‘time’ and NOT money.

Not because that you spent couple of thousands bucks on that movie or on that Goa trip, but because you spent countless hours of your time thinking about your loved ones!
Time > Money , any time and every time. When you invest time , you value the progress.
