Hey kata, quick question for ya: did you use any references to help create the environments in your books?

There were a few places here and there that I drew as inspiration for the book. I live in a Mediterranean climate, so the feel of this area gave me some cues as to how it would feel in Greece.

Most other references were 100% direct. Picture from the Telesterion in Eleusis, Crete, pictures from Greece itself, the modern day Greek countryside…

And then there were other more obscure sources I used. Like, how does one build on a cliff? What about modern day Lhasa? What about the Amalfi Coast?  Those were some of my reference points from the Underworld.
