Not Quite Beyond the End
Beyond the Castle on the Hill
Journal Entry #5
I was going to write that I had just a few chapters left in order to finish my latest novella, Beyond the Castle on the Hill but my story of the teenage scientist of the future will have to wait a while. I received word that some revisions were necessary prior to publishing my original story, Castle on the Hill: Secrets. Since the story that I’m putting together is a sequel, revisions to the first book will cause me to change some things in the second. The suggestions that were made are good ones and will make the storyline run more smoothly. Anyway, with any luck, the rewrites will be completed within a month or two. Also, with the help of architectural design software, I’ve actually built 3-D versions of rooms in the High School for Dimensional Arts. It’s one thing to imagine what those areas look like but another to actually move around in the rooms, just as the characters do in the book(s). I find that it makes what I’m writing a lot more realistic. Example: The first picture is of classroom number 175, along with its mind-over-matter Conceptual Chairs and screened in workstations.
The second, third and fourth are the Balcony Studio room where group projects are performed. That’s why there are three Conceptual Chairs and three sets of Cognition Control Panels against the walls.
See you again during the next update.
