Curveballs …

I have not had the chance to blog in a while. Life has been hectic but blooming amazing.
I have almost finished my Master’s degree and about to start a one-year PGCE in Computer Science. I would like to encourage more girls into technology and educate children on the benefits Green IT and the reduction of carbon emissions.
I am still writing too, with a couple of exciting ideas in the pipeline. Beyond the Lies is with the publishers too.
Just when you think you have set out your plans…boom! You are hit by a curveball! But it is the most exciting development in my entire life. I have found my soul mate. He is smart, gorgeous and incredibly caring. It is certainly true, love comes out of the blue from the most unexpected circumstances. I am totally blessed to have such a great man in my life.
This will be the greatest chapter of my life, for sure. It is a story worth telling.
It is Lucas’ first day at High School. I am more nervous than he is. He is my baby! Mind you, I felt the same way when Wes had his first day at University. Nothing will ever change. They will always be my precious boys.
Today, I am editing my dissertation, working on the teacher’s standards, making plans for the future and fitting in swimming at lunchtime. The future is so much brighter now. A long time coming but so worth the wait. Life is changing… I am changing…. For the better…
