Facebook email scam or not?

I just received this email from ‘security@facebookmail.com’:

The problem is that:

I logged in to Facebook not that long ago and had no problems, and
I’m suspicious of one click logging in. I assume the only thing I’ll have to enter is my ‘password’, but if I were having problems, wouldn’t the password be the source of the problem?

To counter these natural suspicions is the fact that the sender of this email used my real name rather than a generic ‘dear customer’ or something.

I honestly don’t know if this is a scam or not, but I definitely won’t be logging in via the email. I also don’t think this is a great move by Facebook [if it’s genuine]. Everyone knows that  exploiting user error is the easiest way to scam anyone, and clever emails are the easiest way of doing that, so why increase the likelihood that a real scammer will use this email as a template to gain access to Facebook accounts?

If anyone knows any more about this possible scam, please let me know.
