We’ve been nominated! Woot!

I’m super duper flattered and excited to announce that Salt Creek Rising is a finalist in the Young Adult category for the 2017 Emily Award and the 2016 Joyce Henderson Award, sponsored by the West Houston and Southwest Florida chapters of the Romance Writers of America. (It’s listed under its original working title, The Girl with the Sun on her Heart, so don’t get confused. Titles change!)

The winners will be announced by the end of February. Even if I’m not the big winner, I’m honored to have made it this far. The worst I can do is third place and that’s still pretty awesome. But still. Fingers crossed, y’all!
