When I was a kid I remember hearing a story told by someone who managed to dodge the draft. And this was years after he dodged the draft. He was still bragging about how he'd done it. From what I recall, he dressed up in drag and he claimed he was a transgender person, because at that time transgender people were not allowed in the military.
