I'M A LIAR...
Yes, I am a liar. I realize that I have lied to all of you. I have stated for months now that all the proceeds from my book sales goes towards purchasing packaged socks and bottled water for the homeless. The truth is, ten percent of the monies go towards purchasing more books to replenish my stock and the other ninety percent goes towards providing items for the homeless. Oh, I feel so much better!Gold there is, and rubies in abundance, but lips that speak knowledge are a rare jewel.

Well at least 90% does go to the homeless. Noble deeds and acts are never necessary to explain the intentions behind it.

I wrote this post to hopefully set things straight with a Christian woman I met at a speaking/book event. She blurted out in front of all the other women that "no author donates ALL the monies to a worthy cause." I was dumbfounded and felt like she personally attacked me. I am accountable for my actions to only "One" and that is what matters. Writing also helps to rid oneself of holding on to things... Thank you for the kind words.
No problem. Whoever that woman is she shouldn't have said what she said. Your heart is in the right place. You should not feel bad because you are doing wonderful things. Don't worry about it.
