last night, in a car headed to brooklyn, i noticed for the first time that you can see the WTC again from the skyline. #
10 years ago i looked down 6th ave to see the WTC burn. standing in that same spot, today, i can see the massive new WTC going up. #
even to a cynic like me, in an extremely shitty time for the world, that building finally going up is a surprisingly hopeful image. #
just looked it up, cause i was sure my memory was off: they put the last WTC fires out in december of 2001. 3 months after 9/11. #
all these complaints about the entourage finale are making me curious to watch. even losing they win. #
