July 22, 2017 Supernatural Summer Event - Baltimore, MD - Free
H.L. Brooks and Dea Shcofield will be having short readings of their most recent books with a short discussion afterwards.
Where: Scarborough Fair B&B in Baltimore, MD
When: July 22, 2017 4-5:30pm
Light refreshments will be provided. Both authors will have books available for purchase. Book reviewers interested in swag please email ahead to reserve a bag through the contact page at my website: http://www.hlbrooks.com

August 5, 2017 Wine and Jazz Fest - Glenn Dale, MD - $15 per person (includes wine tasting)
Marietta House Museum will be having its annual Jazz and Wine Festival. H.L. Brooks and Dea Schofield will be vendors.
A celebration of local Maryland wineries, including Prince George’s County winery, Romano’s! Other wineries include: Thanksgiving Farm, Friday’s Creek, Cove Point, The Winery at Olney, and more. Jazz music by AJQ Plus 1. Tours of the historic home are offered throughout the day, and are included with admission. Bring a blanket or lawn chair, and enjoy the beautiful setting among the champion trees on the grounds of Marietta. The event runs from 2pm-7pm.

September 24, 2017 - Baltimore Book Festival - Baltimore, MD - Free
H.L. Brooks and Dea Schofield will be vending in the Tablers Tent at the Baltimore Book Festival on Sunday September 24th from 11am-7pm. We will have books available for purchase. Any book bloggers, bookstgrammers, book vloggers and traditional reviewers who would like a swag bag, please contact us ahead so we can be prepared to provide you with one. One lucky reviewer will get our supernaturally stuffed bag that is full of extra goodies through a luck of the draw.

October 20th-21st - Hallowread - Ellicott City, MD - Ticket prices vary
H.L. Brooks will be a vendor as well as speaking on a panel at Hallowread this year. This event around Halloween brings together many amazing supernatural and horror writers. They even have a "Steampunk Tea" - what! This is the place you can come where you don't have to search for supernatural and dark stories, because they all are!
As it turns out author Dea Schofield will be there, too! So you can come get your vampire and werewolf stories in one stop!This is a multi-author event with various activities throughout the weekend including:
Writing Workshops
Ghost Tour
SteamPunk Author Tea
Author Panels
Book Signings
Paranormal Investigation
… and so much more.
