Everyone knows that chief executive officers rake in the big bucks.


But which CEOs earn the highest salaries of all?


The Associated Press and executive data firm Equilar teamed up to find out. They recently published a report on the 10 highest-paid CEOs in 2016.


The study also found that, on average, CEOs saw a 8.5% raise last year.


So, while CEOs overall had a good year, here are the 10 execs who commanded the highest pay in 2016:



10. Steve Wynn


Company: Wynn Resorts


Salary: $28.2 million


Change from 2015: + 36%


9. Leonard Schleifer


Company: Regeneron Pharmaceuticals


Salary: $28.3 million


Change from 2015: – 40%


8. Ginni Rometty


Company: IBM


Salary: $32.3 million


Change from 2015: + 63%


7. Jeff Bewkes


Company: Time Warner Inc.


Salary: $32.6 million


Change from 2015: + 3%
