It’s always a bit nerve-wracking, waiting for one website or another to merge your story into their listings. Smashwords is generally fastest, with your ebook available for sale on its site as quickly as you can get it uploaded, but it can take days before your ebook shows up on other sites it feeds. Amazon’s Kindle Direct Publishing is probably next fastest, with ebooks getting merged in a day…
