hey guys, there is a lot of you on here and I’m throwing this out in the hopes someone will be able to help me. I’ve made some big life decisions in the past two years and these are things I’ve had to hide because of my religion and culture. I am tired of pretending now, it affects my mental health and it affects my happiness. I want to be honest and I want to write a letter to my parents who are Bengali. Because of that there’s restrictions in our full understanding of each other. If anyone is able to translate English to Bengali and are willing to do that for me I would be so eternally grateful. You’d be helping me to make the next step in my life.

Hello! I wanted to update y'all on this situation and say that my parents know. I sent the letter out to them about three weeks ago. It’s been extremely difficult for my family and for me and I’m hoping that someday in the future, they’ll allow their love for me to be stronger than their scorn.
