so that happened

When the doctor starts prepping the needle to give you a shot in the bottom of your foot the minute she walks into the exam room…

So I guess chatting a little & letting me work up to the shot is too much to ask?

(FYI, my doctor is actually very nice.  She did get the injection ready right away, but we also chatted for a while & she examined my foot before giving me the actual shot.  I’m just joking around because it hurts so dang much, if I don’t laugh, I’ll probably cry. )
