 2 – Where’s Beth?

A YELLOW CAB enters a neighborhood of tree-lined streets just before 10 p.m. Row-homes line both sides of the street. This is the Overbrook Park section of Philadelphia and it’s eight days later.

THE CAB double-parks.

The back door of the cab swings open and Lew Kaminski steps out. He’s forty-five, dressed casually, and he exudes confidence with every movement.
