Robert Mueller to Head Russia Probe: First Thoughts

On Wednesday, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein announced that Robert Mueller, a former director of the F.B.I., had been appointed special prosecutor to oversee the investigation into Russian meddling in last year’s election.
