'David Ansell, senior vice president and associate provost for Center for Community Health Equity, and the Michael E. Kelly Professor of Medicine at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, joins us to discuss his new book, The Death Gap: How Inequality Kills . Ansell argues that where you live and how much you make can shorten your life expectancy.
