New Policy: Review Request/Submission Guidelines

***NEW POLICY***   Effective May 2017:  I will no longer reply to review requests that I decline to review.  Therefore, if you request a review and you do not received a reply, that means your book was declined.  This is due to some passive aggressive e-mails…and a large number of requests which do not adhere to my submission guidelines.  (I would love to be able to provide my reasoning for declining a book and advice where I feel it is helpful, but a few bad apples have ruined this feature s...
