I’m moving!

Dear Readers,

As I’ve mentioned before, I have an auto-immune disease and the climate in Colorado is hard on me. Thus far I’ve coped because I adore being close to my adorable granddaughters, but it’s getting more pronounced and affecting the quality of my everyday life as well as my writing schedule. So while I had not anticipated doing this for a few more years yet, I’m putting my house up for sale and moving to Southern California.

I’m super excited because I found a cute little bungalow that is perfect! I signed the lease and I’m moving later this month- it’s a little sooner than I was planning, but sometimes life is like that. The best part is that it’s very close to the beach which I love. Water has always been a prime focus for me- it’s both soothing and inspirational, so I can’t wait to be living practically next door to it.

Needless to say, I have a lot to do, especially since I’m still optimistic that I can get Spellbinder done on schedule. In order to maximize my writing time, I’m holding off on new snippets for a few months and cutting back on social media. You’ll still see me poke my head out once in a while, but I really need to hunker down in my writing cave for a bit.

Wishing you much love and happiness,

~Thea

Janice Loved Death Valley, but that's the only place in California I've been to. Best to go in Spring, or Fall, I expect, but it does have a unique rugged beauty.
