My Time To Burn

It’s time.

It’s been too long.

I’m burning.

It hurts.

I don’t know how long

this burning will last.

There are many things

which have happened

that I never saw coming.

Now, I have no choice.

Like the Phoenix,

I will rise from my ashes

better and stronger.

It is time.

I will lose my fear

once the burning

is done.
