Is Emmanuel Macron The Manchurian Candidate? Like Obama, An Establishment Puppet?

It’s pretty clear that Emmanual Macron is the establishment candidate for the French presidency but his meteoric rise suggests that like Obama he is a Manchurian candidate, in other words a puppet controlled by the French Deep State.
