New Raffalon story in the works

I'm 2,700 words into a new Raffalon story, probably to be called "Sternutative Sortilege." It will appear only in the collection of Raffalon stories -- maybe to be called The Compleat Raffalon -- that I hope to have out in the next few weeks.

I think I might do something I've seen Edge SF Publishing do, and release it first as an ebook at a low price (99 cents?) and then follow with the paperback a month later. Maybe I'll even offer it at first only to people on my newsletter mailing list.

Karl -- please do not only offer it as an ebook only, A paperback or hardcover is an absolute necessity. I don't read e-books and never plan to. And how can you afford air-fare to the nect house sitting on 99 cents ? --

I'm driving to the next one, up north in British Columbia. But the 99 cent ebook would be a temporary promotion. The thing is, people will come by my webstore for the cheap book and maybe buy a few more at the pretty low regular price of $3.99.

And I do sell almost ten ebooks for every paperback.

-- As long as that makes you happy and still promotes you to continue your excellent and oh so enjoyable writing. --
