So here I am on the Llano Estecado, which is very, very flat.  Mr. A Square would be very much at home. I am once again at the annual Jack Williamson Lectureship, where I am hanging with some lovely people, including Connie Willis, Michael Cassutt, Steve Gould, Melinda Snodgrass, and Joan Saberhagen. As usual, Patrice Caldwell is running the event with seems to be effortless aplomb, though I suspect there is rather more effort behind the scenes. I am getting a head start on my weekend.  I hop...
