I did my part and gave life today!

So this is my big update. For no apparent reason :D

Today, I gave blood for the first time. I'm O negative and I know I'm a universal donor but for years, I passed out every time I tried to give blood. But today, I did just fine! :)

Our techs were super nice and funneh! I went with kelemoon and we gave blood. She's done it for years but I was a newbie. It was just a great feeling to know I'm helping out our blood supply, especially since I'm a universal donor.

My mom needed blood a few times while fighting cancer. It was because of a transfusion that she made it through to be able to see my wedding. So now that I'm healthy again, I'll definitely be donating again :)
