I stopped listening to commercial radio about ten years ago. If you asked me to tell you the biggest Top 40 hits of the day I couldn't do it. I am hopelessly uncool and proud of it. I get my music fix from Sirius and most notably from
The Loft. Every Thursday they run a wonderful program around noon called "Idiot's Delight," hosted by the walking music library that is Vin Scelsa. Ever entertaining, Mr. Scelsa plays an eclectic mix of music, which I love, and tells some fantastic stories that would thrill any music junkie. The program is rerun on Sunday nights and it adds a nice bit of punctuation to the end of my week. If you haven't tuned in yet, you should give it a listen.
