Alana Haase Great post! It proves that all "sayings" have a root in truth-- Confession is good for the soul! I like what you pointed out about Agnes dividing her life into segments and asking the Holy Spirit to reveal any unconfessed sin from each time period. I think I will sit down with my prayer journal and give it a try!
