Dominance vs Control

It is my personal opinion that dominance and control are two different things. To my way of thinking, the inherent difference is that a Dominant inspires the desire to submit, whereas, control is simply exerting one's will over another via various means.

For instance, I readily admit that there are times where I've allowed my actions to be controlled through fear or avoidance of a particular consequence. That did not mean, however, that I respected or wanted to submit to whomever was...
