I loved that this book centres around a group of male witches, which is rarely seen, or at least I've rarely read a book with male witches! I enjoyed the interaction between the large cast of characters and I loved that their coven was like a huge, extended family. Finally, there was Parker... as Eli's familiar I thought he would have played more of a role, however, I thought he was brilliant!The only thing I will say is that at times it felt a little repetitive, with certain things explained several times, however, this was a very enjoyable read! :-)
