Stillwater Patch: Franken Speaks On Education Reform, The Bridge and Debt Crisis In Stillwater

Sen. Al Franken (D-Minn.) called for education reform during his speech at Thursday's Rotary Club meeting in Stillwater.

Franken said he believes much of the reform needs to come from amending the No Child Left Behind Act.
